Another data breach!
This time, the biggest hosting company has become a victim of data breach from unsecured S3 bucket. This data includes configuration information such as hostname, operating system, workload, AWS region, memory and CPU specs, and more.
GoDaddy is renowned name in the domain and hosting industry, with almost 18 million customers and 76 million domain names. UpGaurd has already noticed Amazon S3 bucket including several spreadsheets that includes Summary, storage, instant mapping and many more.
UpGuard found the publicly readable Amazon S3 bucket on June 19th, 2018and reported to GoDaddy.
